Line-level clarity for dense sentences
Regulatory summaries, product release notes, and executive emails often hide one actionable point inside a forty-word sentence. Rewriting at sentence scope lets you test shorter constructions without reworking an entire section.
When it helps most
Fix passive constructions ("mistakes were made" โ who made them?), break compound claims into two sentences, or soften harsh tone in customer-facing replies. Copywriters also use it to generate B-variant microcopy for A/B tests.
Edit before you ship
Automated rewrites may introduce hedging you did not intend or flatten emphasis you wanted. Read each option against the original intentโespecially for compliance-sensitive statements.
